Team Auto Body is a division of Team Chevrolet – Hummer – Hyundai and is located on the Dealership property at 3003 E. Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena.
Team Auto Body has been taking care of our clients for over 50 years and making your car repair service fast, efficient and hassle-free. Here are some things we do to help make your experience better:
- We will arrange non-operating vehicles to be transferred here.
- We will assist you in dealing with your insurance company and provide them with all the necessary information.
- We will arrange for rental car deliver through Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
- We will repair you car back to pre-accident condition by providing:
- Expert color matching
- Hi-tech frame equipment
- Old-world craftsmanship
10 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE HAVING YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED
- Your car is the second largest investment you are likely to make. Preserve value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.
- Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damage.
- Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave it with us and we will arrange to have the insurance company inspect the car here.
- You are NOT required by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
- You have the right to go to the repair facility of your choice. Your insurance company can NOT require you to go to a particular shop.
- Diffences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you are not sure why one estimate is different from another you have received, please ask us and will explained the differences.
- Chose a repair facility that has unibody repair equipment and certified (by I-CAR or ASE) Technicians.
- Ask if the repair facility will be using genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts. We do.
- Ask if the repair facilty offers a repair warranty. We offer a lifetime warranty.
- We will help you negotiate you claim with your insurance company.
We are open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. After hours drop off and pick up can easily be arranged. We offer FREE estimates any time during business hours.
